Proxy Provider Required

I am looking for the name of a proxy provider that is stable and that I can use to get around my University firewall. I have managed to connect using free proxies so far but I would very much like to rent something on a monthly basis so that I am more sure about the stability of the server. Does anyone know of a provider for this? Mucho thanks
