Disabling path reverse syntax? |
How does one go about convincing zMud to not recognize ".." and "..path"?
Problem I use ".." as a mudside alias for my skills list (I do not wish to change this) and I end up leaving parsing off most of the time to avoid accidentally sending junkpaths to the mud but would prefer to be able to leave parsing on. Creating a ".." alias in zMud did nothing to help. |

The alias I made was
#ALIAS .. {skills}
but I also just tried the one you suggested and it's still sending reverse paths. |

. is the default path character. .. is the special reverse path character, which is nothing more than an extension of . (hence the same symbol used). I'm fairly sure there's no way to separate the two, so you're limited to two options:
1)change the zmud path character to something else
2)change the mudside alias name to something else |
