Filtering problem

I'm running zMud 7.20b and have 9 characters set up in it. For 8 of those 9 characters, zMud will block all lines that contains that character's password. For the 9th, it's allowed through. I've tried #gagoff 0 and other related gag and ungag functions to no avail. How do I get zMud to let those lines show on the other 8 characters?

On the file menu, click View, Preferences, Script Parser and uncheck Gag password.
