Key expired, yet still works?

This has been going on for a while, but I've finally gotten around to posting my problem.
When zmud starts, a window pops up saying that the key has expired - I hit the 'okay' button and after waiting about 5 seconds it starts up just fine anyway. I have gotten the most recent key from my account, so I'm not sure what's going on here. What gives? |

Probably a bad key and/or bad entry in the database. Since it's key-related, you more than likely will have to email Zugg/Chiara as the solution is either going to be on their end or involve sensitive information that shouldn't be tossed around the boards.
