Right-click menu in mapper not displaying?

Has anyone else had the problem of that the right-click menu in the mapper under Zmud doesn't display any option in it? All I get is the up and down arrows, but no options, and the arrows don't scroll either.
It fixed itself for a short while, but is back again. Are my mapper settings out or my map database corrupted?
I'm using 7.20a atm, which incidentally still hasn't realized that 7.21 is out, thinks its the latest version... :)
