I had this error after installing the newest version of zmud and none of the icons on the main screen would show up. What I did was go into the edit screen and click on each of the names in the list. The icons changed from the zmud one to the correct one as I clicked on each one and then I noticed the Achaea one didn't. Apparently the achaea gif file was corrupted and so I just replaced it (found it using google images - "achaea icon") and everything was fixed! Just thought I'd let everyone know and hopefully this will fix it if they have problems too. Just go through and check each one.
