Can someone explain something with numbers

Hello again, another problem with my math and numbers...

I have %eval(-10-8) and it comes out at 0. I need it to come out as -28. Any ideas on how to do this?

Thanks alot!

-10-8 is -18 Wink
Also, I didn't have a problem with this. Used #show %eval(-10-8) to check it. Maybe if you showed how exactly you are using it?

I had the -10 and the 8 saved in two variables, and I was doing...
#MATH (@Var1-@Var2)

or something like that....accidently deleted the entire script. Figured I'd wait until I got this answer before I started it again...

Now that I go back and actually try it....it works....hmm....

Ok, I will try rewriting the script then see if it works. I have NO CLUE why it would have switched....I did restart ZMUD but I doubt that'd be it
