Tick timer Help.

Is it possible for the tick timer to run on a time of say 31.5secs? After a great deal of timing, it seems that each tick on my mud averages out to almost exactly that.

I don't think the timer can be set to a fraction. As an alternative, you could set an #ALARM for that amount of time.
