STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH E-LICENCE

I got he dreaded error 23 that there is even a sticky about. But I emailed the elicence support over 2 weeks ago and zuggsoft support over a week ago and I have gotten NOTHING.
Does anybody know ANY other way to get zmud going again vs reformating my entire hard drive... (I am SERIOUSLY considering it)

Send another email to elicense. There is nothing zuggsoft can do to fix this, and elicense will help you within a couple days of getting your email. No need to wait two weeks.

I feel your pain. I had the same problems as you and sent email to elicense on two different occasions and did not get any kind of response back from them.
