Unintentional shifting to right-to-left reading order
 
Everytime I use the command editor (ctrl-shift-enter), it shifts my command line to right-to-left reading order. Not sure if it's a program related thing, or my own computer settings causing it.

Any suggestions on where to look to disable that shift in typing?
