I want a TNL script

This script is for the world of Medievia MUD. It should be able to show everyone in earshot using the say command how much experience I have left to my next level as well as the mlr which stands for Multi Level Requirements experience bars.
And if it can be done it would be nice to be able to use it on the other channels such as form, shout, clan, etc.
I have never used a script before, so I don't know what's possible.
I wrote the Zugg team asking how to use the scripts once I load them in using the #FILE command.

I have one i wrote a bit ago I'll post it in the finished scripts forum there's also a few other floating around.
