#FIND not working. :(

When I do #FIND it doesnt find it on the map. zMUD version 7.05. Windows XP. MUd output looks like this when #FIND is typed. I know for a fact this is the only room with this name on the map. It does it with all rooms, it doesn't find it.

* R HP:Healthy MV:Full > Merchant Square
Perhaps the most crowded place in all of Tar Valon, the square is packed with
people shopping along Merchant Square. In the square is a fountain, which
some people lean against to rest or merely watch all that is surrounding
them. The White Tower lies a bit to the north, but people take no more notice
of it than the other buildings along the road.
[ obvious exits: N E S W ]
A fountain is here, offering clear blue water to all.
A gray palfrey prances skittishly nearby, being ridden by you.
Laria Darksbane, the Journey Accepted is standing here.
Wynoa of the Three-Fold Land, Aes Sedai of the Brown Ajah is standing here, riding a spotted horse.

Help please!

Grrr... I messed with the configuration settings so it fit my MUD and now my map doesn't follow me either.

* R HP:Healthy MV:Strong > Tower Square
[ obvious exits: N E S W ]
An oil lamp, set in a steel cage, hangs from a high wooden pole.
An elaborately sculpted marble fountain splashes merrily.
A gray palfrey prances skittishly nearby, being ridden by you.
An Illianer steed stands here proudly, its black mane glistening.
A draft horse is here.

Thats the MUD output when I'm walking.

Okay, got it to follow me now, and I THINK #find will work. But it only works when I make the MUD show the descriptions, creating insane spam. :(

Thanks Bromax! Find works now! Although my map still only follows me when I make WoTMUD show descriptions... which I absolutely hate... can't someone help me make it work with descriptions off? Or what happens if I gag descriptions? And is there a way to make it gag descriptions? I'll show MUD output again:

With descriptions:

* HP:Healthy MV:Full > Easing the Badger
The common room has sawdust on the floor, and tabac smoke hangs in the air.
It smells of wine, and fish cooking in the kitchen and a heavy, flowered
perfume. The exposed beams of the high ceiling are rough-hewn and age-dark.
Benches, tables and stools fill most of the room. A staircase at the back
wall leads up to the guest rooms on the second floor.
[ obvious exits: N S U ]
A member of the Illian watch is here, keeping order in the city.
Nieda Sidoro is keeping a sharp eye on her establishment.

Without:

Nieda Sidoro is keeping a sharp eye on her establishment.

Oh for crying out loud! It works now. I did absolutely nothing.

Is there a way I can make it still register where I'm going when it's dark out? zMUD doesn't show me moving when it's dark. :P MUD output looks like this when it's dark:

* HP:Healthy MV:Tiring > It is pitch black...

#TRIGGER {It is pitch black} {#OK}

Does #find work for you when the room name is on the same line as the prompt? To check this I set my location to a room I know I'm not in and type exa several times then #find (simulates spamming commands) this still doesn't work for me....let me know how you have it configured if it works for you.

I did what Raine did in what of those links you put. I set #FIND to do l instead of look and made an alias on the game, not with zMUD, so l does look. I'll show you what the output looks like.

l
* HP:Healthy MV:Fresh > [look ]

A bullseye lantern has been set aside.
An Illian Companion stands here, stoically surveying his surroundings.
Nieda Sidoro is keeping a sharp eye on her establishment.
Jatistuta has arrived from above.

As you can see, it moves the room name down to its own line, making it work. :D
