[6.62]weird simutronics character error

I'm not sure this is a ZMud error, but simutronics CE didn't find anything wrong on their end (or I just need to bug them more). I have two characters, one which is working perfectly fine and one which is unable to connect and is giving me an "Unable to look up IP address for L PROBLEM 1". Recreating the chardb.mdb file, as well as the character's .mud file (in addition, I created a brand-new character and tried to connect with that account) didn't affect the problem, so here I am.

Is there another place for me to look in ZMud, or is this sounding a lot like a billing or simutronics tech problem?

It sounds to me like you are trying to find the IP address for 'L PROBLEM 1', which probably doesn't have one. Check the host/port entries for the character. If all else fails, try using the IP address from your working character.

Sounds like a simu problem then. It doesn't clear up with the same account for a newly-created character, and the second account can connect just fine so it can't possibly be core application corruption...thanks for helping, LB.
