Backtracking |
Here is the deal. LALALA Going along mapping away and OH a dead end. Now i would assume i just back track and Zmapper will follow me on the map, right? But 75% of the time i go back and it creates another room on top of the room i just back tracked to. Dont on a new floor but right on top of the old room. WHY does it not relize that it is going into the same room? And what can i do to aleviate the problem.

You should post that to the zMUD forum. This is the forum for zMapper which is a totally seperate program. zMapper has no knowledge of MUDs and does not do automatic tracking. You are talking about the mapper within the zMUD program.

The reason for the issue is probably that it doesn't recognize the rooms properly. Compare the new room created with the old one. Does the desc/exits/name match?
