Wrap and GAG it up

Just noticed (or figured out that is) that in version 7.05, when a wrapped line is GAGged it leaves behind a blank line (or however many extra lines got gagged) though it does gag the whole text amount...this something with my setup or a problem with 7.05 in general?

As much as I hate to say it, I've seen the same occurance in zMud for the last year or two and have never been able to get it resolved. So yea, I wouldn't mind knowing myself ;)
