Delay with 7.01

Yes, it's caused by my triggers. (I disable them and it speeds up, enable and slows down). But how do I fix it? I obviously cannot delete my triggers. And if I can't fix this, where do I find 6.4 (the last version I had that I erm, overwrote with 7.01) :p

Triggers in 7.01 run 2 to 5 times faster than previous versions. If your's is running slower then you probably have a really bad trigger somewhere in there that needs to be rewritten. Try disabling triggers one by one to find the problem. You can press Ctrl-Q to spam the screen with text and get a timing value to display in the status bar to determine how much faster or slower your triggers run with something changed.

I don't distribute older versions. You are better off getting your triggers to work in 7.01 than you are getting stuck with an old version that has bugs and is no longer supported.
