[Automapper] Zone sharing problem

Hi,
Since zMUD ~>=v5.55 (where maps are in one MDB file) seems there is no way to share maps among my friends. When we had *.map files it was easy - just send/copy and then import. How can we do it now? At least I can't see export option to the MAP format.
Each of us maps only particular regions (zones) of MUD and sharing whole MDB file won't resolve the problem. [B)] |

zMapper is going to be the solution for you. It will have all the import and export features necessary to do what you want easily.
In the meantime you may want to try working with Charbal's Zone importer. He posted a link in the Finished Scripts forum. It allows you to import a zone from any map database into any other map database. I believe zMud is all that is required to initially create the database, but as this software classes as a plug-in any support issues should be directed to the author. |
