Is there a way to make custom popup windows (i.e. Right Click in a window)

I'm not sure exactly what your looking for.

There are what is call speed menu, when you right click you get a menu list of things you can do. See speed menu or buttons for more information on this.

There is also the ability to display pop up prompt windows. See promp for this.

Otherwise, be a little more specific on what you want to do.
