Zmud will install but not run

I just bought zmud, downloaded the client and installed it, when I attempt to run zmud nothing happens. There's no process running, no window pops up, NOTHING. Any suggestions?? I've tried calling the numbers on the website but noone ever answers =[
My basic system specs are:
2.53GHZ p4
100GB free HD space
1GB of ram |

They have a telephone number? Anyways, check to make sure the LicCtl service is active. If not, that's what your problem is. ZMud is an encrypted program, and it requires the eLicense wrapper (LicCtl) to decrypt and execute. To fix/check, right-click on My Computer, click on Manage, expand the Services and Applications tab, click Services, and scroll down on the list of items to the right. Mine's number 28 on the list, but of course yours will vary.
