Error when trying to configure Mapper

Hello All,

As of late I have been having a problem with configuring the mapper. I'm not sure if this is related, but it started happening after the lastest problem with Elicence.

The error that i'm getting is this;

'RichEdit line insertion error.'

If anyone can point me in the right direction then that would be great.

Thanks,

Alcander

How do you configure the mapper? From file, MUD, or something else? Does the operation involve a lot of text?

This sounds like a corrupt, or incorrect version on the riched??.dll. This dll is supplied by MS and is a standard part of Windows since 98SE. A quick search shows 4 major revisions with some know compatability issues in version 3.0 of the specification. Have you installed anything recently? The most likely probability is that something improperly installed an older version.

Thanks for getting back to me guys.

I found that I had lost my Richedit32.dll somehow. I think I must have removed something and the program decided to that that dll with it.

After I found the latest dll everything went back to working perfectly.

Thanks!
