Zmud's... issues? |
Need some help.
whenever a string is sent from a MUD, it contains the usual CrLf to emulate a new line, right? is there any way that I can make zmud store the entire string, including CrLf in the predefined %line, %line2 and %line3? does it ignore those characters in those variables, or does zMUD take care of them and don't display them at all, in any manner?
Appreciate any help and/or suggestions.

You have no control over the contents of predefined (system) variables. I don't think %line, %line2, or %line3 ever contain these two characters but I could be wrong. It should be fairly simple to test.
The usual reason for questions like this is some intention of concatenating lines. There are usually better ways of doing so than relying on the system variables. |
