Comp screwy while running Zmud 6.62

Alrighty, I reinstalled zmud a couple times I posted on my problem before. Some parts have fixed themselves some have not. My explorer seems to have reverted to normal, this leaves me two problems now. First I cannot switch windows with the alt tab method anymore while running zmud. I must go to desktop then max the window I want. It only does this while I run zmud, no clue why. Secondly, I cannot bring up any of the windows like map, triggers, variables in zmud. It simpiliy will not show them as the play screen covers them. The only way I can see them is by completly shrinking the play screen. I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to fix this.

The dissappearing windows is caused by setting the main screen as stay on top, and the others as not... they can't show in front of the stay on top window.
This setting is removed and/or added by clicking on the '*' in the title bar of the window. |
