zmud mapper problems with doors |
I'm using zMUD 6.62 and the standard mapper (no fancy zMapper thingy). I don't know much about what I'm doing, but I managed to get simple automapping going. Oddly enough, however, the mapper is creating doors where there are none so that if I try to move around it's trying to open doors before every movement. Any idea what's causing this? What kind of output alerts the mapper to a door being there anyway?
Also: I'm playing on Realms of Despair, which has ['s to denote an exit with a closed door, eg [south]. Is there a way I could get the mapper to recognise this (presuming it hasn't put a door there already, grr) |

Being a Realms of Dispair player myself I can tell you that you need to reconfigure your automapper.
This is not a simple fix, you have to get into the mapper and fix the listed exets as "Exits:"
then you could also make acouple small triggeres to overide the mapper.
I will try to look in on this and write you more later hopfully with way better instructions on how to fix this.
