'exits' screen in zmud 6.62 and picture on login |
hello. i was just wondering if there's any way to turn off the 'exits' screen in zmud 6.62? i've looked under preferences and help files, but haven't found any option for that.
the other thing is the picture i get when i login. i'm playing ancient anguish mud, and there's a picture whenever i login, just before name and password. something to do with 6.62's new ability to include pictures. apparently, the picture messes up my login trigger, the one that automatically inserts the name and password. is there a way to disable that picture function?
thanks a bunch.

I don't believe you can disable the window that comes up when you disconnect. As for the image, if you don't use MXP, you could disable MXP completely in the Preferences, under MXP. Otherwise, you can disable just Allow Image downloads.

You can disable the window that comes up when you disconnect using Preferences. Go to the Connection section and disable
[ ]Auto Reconnect
This has a side effect of leaving the character window open offline when you disconnect. You can close the window from the File menu.

I knew I had seen the option somewhere. Never use it though...

Ancient Anguish is a Pueblo mud... if you disable Pueblo emulation, those will go away.

ah. i could turn off the image screen. thanks alot.
the other thing, the exits screen, is still there. sorry if i didn't make myself clear, but i didn't mean the screen when you disconnect. i meant the 'exits' screen when you login, the screen that displays all the available exits, like north, south, east, west etc. i would like to turn off this screen. could anyone help?
once again, thanks a bunch! |

These are all buttons in your settings. I don't remember right now the name of the class they are all in, but if you disable that class, it should go away.

There we go, it's hard when one is not able to see what the other refers to. In this case, then disabling Pueblo emulation should stop them.
