lost the main sceen

I was play Achaea when i hit my mose by accident and now i have lost the main screen and the buttons at the top can any one tell me how i get it back. i have tryed every thing i know with out any luck.

From the View menu, select Preferences/General. Enable MUD output and Main Tool bar (and anything else you want).
