command history

ok, got a problem/issue..
it says in the help file that if you type in a command, and not press enter, but press the down arrow, it saves it in the command history. also, if you type something and hit enter it does the same. the command history is working, it is saving stuff, but the one command i use to get stuff quickly wont save. i just upgraded to 6.61, and am really struggling to get this to work. the command is get 1;drop 15 in 1. this would normally get the first item, and drop it in my bag. under 6.40, it worked fine, and later if i needed to recall it, i would type get and press uparrow and it would recall it fine if it was in the last 20 commands.. now it wont save it at all.. is there something that prevents/hampers things from saving in the command history that i cant find? any help would be appreciated |
