triggers stored? |
where are the triggers stored in the zmud config files...i'd like to write an importer for Simu settings into zmud, but i can't find where the triggers are stored to move highlight strings

There are .mud files that contain your settings. They aren't quite plain text, however, so your best bet is to use the import/export feature of zMud. Just export your current aliases/triggers/etc. to get a file with the correct format for the import.

1)Open up ZMud and connect a character (Offline mode works just as well for this).
2)Click the oversized SETTINGS button on the button bar.
3)look at triggers, variables, aliases, buttons, etc that you wish to look at.
Your settings are stored in a .MUD file in a subfolder of the ZMud folder that's associated with the MUD you play. If you play Dragon's Gate MUD, the settings will be contained in DragonsGate.mud (by default) located in the ZMud/DragonsGate folder on your hard-drive.
