Is there a way to make the rooms just boxes like in the older versions so that I can get rid of these annoying 3D rooms?

I've been reading help files and I can't figure out how to trigger a particular color ONLY when a word starts with a capital letter... for instance...
#trigger {Heclif}{#cw 10}
works great, but ... |
